I am glad you like it. Yeah, that ship is definitely the best freighter for sure, it's not even too bad in combat as long as you don't get swarmed or meet those nasty pirate Hammers. As for what else there is to do - it depends on what faction you joined, they each get their own set of missions. The thing is, you cannot go through 100% of the story in multiplayer for some weird reason. As soon as I got access to the alien systems, my quests stopped and said I could only continue them in single player. A shame, since that is what I WOULD have been doing. For me, as it stands, it's a matter of clearing out the hives in the alien systems and taking back the space for us. It looks like destroying all hives in an alien system "claims" it. Working our way to the capital system is not going to be easy, since there are no places to stop and refuel on the way - you have to rely on passing ships and ask them to give you fuel.

Yeah, I got a few mods favourited incase we go down that route. I wanted to hold off on mods until we had had our feel with vanilla, since once they are "on", you cannot then turn them off without wiping all player and world data. I am up for giving some of those a try later down the line.

If we wanted to clear out the systems, I would suggest turning on the fuel mod. I could be combat support for you two with your bad ass fighters.

I can carry fuel, ammo and repair functions to keep you guys in the battle.

Yes stick with vanilla for the moment until we clear the aliens out and bored then go for mods

I got the Wasp heavy cruiser last night that is quite kick ass

I sold the Wasp in the end it was arse so i now have this one, this one and finally this one i just need to get the money and skills together to kit them out properly

I can see why you went with the Death Bringer Jeg it does seem to be the best with the 4 forward facing laser weapon slots is very nice.  The Hammer is quite good and does have 2 x lvl 3 balistic slots very good for damage but you run out of ammo to quick.  There are skills to increase ammo might be good for hives and bigger Alien ships

The Auro is a missile cruiser might be good for fire support against the hives couple of nukes should do it its the only way to be sure

I did go into a couple of Alien systems last night and found some much bigger Alien ships their huge and very tough one system i couldn't get far from the jump gate

I think clearing some of those systems is going to be a 3 man job with a variety of ships should be good fun

Sounds like fun. I think my support ship idea is going to be needed by the sound of it.

Could be. I recall enjoying this game quite a bit. I have a feeling we may have too many games on our plate at present though. Division, Victor Vran and possibly this Wildlands too.
