Its not the same Warframe you charged off leaving us to follow in your wake through linear levels full of bodies

Payday levels are normally defensive and the enemies keep coming.  Now you have all got that Car 4 rifle you can drop a hard enemy just as easily as me i just have a greater selection of weapons to choose from

Thats one of great things about this game

There is some logic to your thoughts, but I still thought we were supposed to be a team. I don't know why I bother sometimes. I am damned if I do, damned if I don't. If it was me that had power levelled to 100 - I am willing to bet money that you would have a go at me for it. I shan't argue my case anymore anyway, I have said my part. You wanna run off to uber levels and leave your team behind, go for it.

I gotta say, on warframe I spent a week off work with floppy foot and leveled up massively but I think Jim's experience with the MMO type thingy still meant he was faster at getting through the objectives an picking fights etc.

I think Greg's biggest downfall on that game was choosing the medic warframe - didn't seem to need the medic skill as much as the game suggested, the ember one I had was brilliant for world on fire or whatever it was cooking everything, Jim's for the opposite freeze stuff and deployable cover I think if we reset the whole thing and chose better warframes again it would be better, don't know if we're all saturated with the game mechanic now though.

I love payday, really not tiring of the mechanic (other than the cancel reload if sprint and no auto reload, my biggest pet hates) I also wanted to not play this other than with you guys but after being left behind with borderlands I wanted to do a bit to at least stay within the same 10 levels as everyone else. It's true the levelling gets exponentially slower as you progress, whilst we'll never get level with eachother, doing overkill missions will drag lower levels up fast.

so far, the best skill I have unlocked (and was suggested to by other players) was sprint. first unlock lets you regen sprint faster and delay is reduced, ace it and it turns you into a missile, and means carrying bags with heavy armour doesn't reduce you to snail pace, also you have a 25% chance of not being hit by enemy fire.

Also means you're potentially as quick as everyone else, obviously depending on what armour you take. I found the one below the one with the little leg add on bit was a slightly better choice if you have a mission where you need to run for the van etc. but obviously, whilst you're dug in you're a bit weaker...

Looking forward to when we can use mines as c4 and run them with the D gun.

When you get to level 100 (and have $200M in offshore) you get the chance of infamy which resets all your skills, but you can keep weapons I think. There's 25 levels of that. Or at level 100 you can choose to just reset. Thought this could be pretty good to extend our interest?

Demolition Man? :-) My post did come across as quite bitchy. Apparently I get like that when I am hungry - maybe I should "get some nuts" and have a Snickers. Regardless, what you choose to do is up to you. I was only *trying* to keep the team together on a level playing field. Meg, on the other-hand, was being Meg.

Yeah, I really liked Warframe... gives me the urge to wanna try it out again actually - and see what new stuff they have added.

The sprint skill was indeed a godsend - I think it was you who persuaded me to get that and I was very happy with the investment.

Very close to that C4 skill now, which is incidently very close to having a Sentry gun AND C4 at the same time.

Saw this, but it looked very lacklustre to me - you get sod all for doing that and I would have thought the game would have become quite stale by then. Each=own.
