Here is a link to an online character builder for Torchlight 2.

It functions in much the same way as most character builders. This is especially useful for Torchlight 2, given that you are pretty much stuck with the choices (or mistakes ) you make.

It also allows you to share builds via an URL - so we can post links to builds in these forums. Hurrraaaaah!

On a similar note, for those of you that don't mind cheating/want to respec your character, check out this editor which allows you to do just that.

Beserker

Claw Master
This is the rough layout of what I am currently levelling my Beserker towards. He focuses on using dual-claw weapons.
Stat priorities: (in this order) Dex, Str, Vit, ignore Foc.

Embermage

Frost Mage
This is a pretty good mage that specialises in AoE, CC, DPS and debuffing. 52 in Dex is purely for a straight 10% critical chance. Don't want to invest too much here as you get diminishing returns. 100 in vitality and all the rest go to focus. You can view the max fame version here.

Engineer

Pets 'r' Us
My latest build. This is an Engineer that focuses completely on pets to do his bidding for him. The result of which means they do 99% of the work for you and you can just focus on tanking, buffing and re-summoning. All stat points go on Vitality here. This, coupled with your Forcefield and armour skills will make you nigh-on indestructible. Focus on items that increase pet and minion damage above all else. Spider Mines are your main source of damage, so keep chucking them out whenever you can.
