. . . then this is it: Check out this link to a BBC news article regarding Borderlands 2. This 'bug' only effects console users and causes you to lose entire characters. O dear.

You have to love X-box's, having purchased all the DLC and the extra level pack me and Jen decided to have a BL2 day yesterday. We were happily playing then there was a small power outage whereupon the X-box obviously died.

luckily all the saves are on the cloud so no problems, so you would think…..denied! The cloud decides to delete my entire character from the cloud AND to properly piss me off, from the hard drive as well.

MY GOD DAM PC CAN NOT TURN UP FAST ENOUGH!!!*

So I lose all my data just as I get to level 51, but the best part is Jens character is completely intact just to rub in some salt. GAY!

Several hours and many drinks later after I have calmed down I check again, and there it is, for no reason what-so-ever the save returns. I think by way of compensation my Badass points all reset and I had over 200 to reassign. Also I had only 1.0 golden keys before the crash and I was blessed with 23.0 keys after restarting so a mixed result really.

*Got the CAP LOCK idea from josepi's earlier post .

23.0 keys though Greg, almost all of it was crap mind but the thrill of opening Pandora's box 23.0 times left me hot under the collar.

Yes the keys are rather sweet. I guess they felt sorry for you and that was compensation for owning a crappy console.

To be honest I would have rather forgo the keys and have dispensed with the agro. Anyway PC should defiantly be here this week so the console will be left by the way side.

You may pretend Greg but once a console jockey always a console jockey :-)

I am trying Greg, if I can't kick the habit myself I may need to go to rehab. Failing that one of those Christian camps that stops you being a bender, but geared towards consoles. I think the bender thing for me would be a bit of a lost cause.

To be honest the hardware is getting so long in the tooth it's not worth getting new games for the x-box anymore.
This looks quite promising.

Well I am not totally revoking the console, for that is the way of the Clifford option. Us Cliff adoptions believe there is a time and a place for consoles, for example when you want to play a game with anyone else in the world who is not called Greg.

Still, getting a little inpatient waiting for the PC to turn up, so suck my cheesy one.

I would say this is good reason to get an X-box when it arrives.

There is a time and a place for a console and that is never and in your grave.

I feel you Gregs are hampered by a somewhat dogmatic stance of the world at large.

Maybe so, but it does not change the fact that consoles are generally for people with less brain cells than a retarded maggot.
