Don't know if anyone is interested, but the Alien Breed games are on sale. The trilogy, containing all 3 has 80% off, which comes to about £3. Check it out here. It looks like Alien Swarm and is co-op.

Given how cheap it was, I have got hold of them. Sale ends tomorrow if anyone is interested.

I love the overwhelming response this thread got (well, pretty much all of them at the moment).

I had a go at the first one of these least night, and was surprised how good it was. It is very similar to Alien Swarm - in a good way, and looks to be something that would be really good fun in co-op. I have only tried single player so far but I think you should (if not already) consider buying it for co-opage. Did you end up getting it on the sale Greg? Or G-Man (if he ever reads any of this)?

I didn’t actually Greg, I will though to line up next after borderlands. On that note I am not going to be about on Friday 14^th for games night as I am off to London.

You would like it I think Greg, if you like Alien Swarm. Shame though - as it's no longer on sale. Not sure how much the trilogy is. You will have to take a peek.

Ok, cool. Well if you are not around on the 14th and Meg is not around this week, it looks like Borderlands will have to wait for a while.

That's a point actually, what are we gonna play this Friday (as Meg is not around)?

Sure Dyson will be about so we could just carry one with our borderlands game?

We can't play our 4-man co-op characters if Meg isn't on. Have you kept the character unused that we used when Meg was not on last time? I have, but if you or Dyson have "moved on" with them then we are up shit creek.

I have kept that one as it was so I can work with that.

Cool. I know G-Man has been playing it quite a bit, so let's hope he used a different character...
