Thought I would start this subject for reference on how to make your own flag for KSP and possibly for us to post our own creations . The information in this comes from this post.

How to create flags without affecting the vanilla folders

If you want to create your lovely new custom flag without messing around with the vanilla folder structure here are the steps to follow.

1) Navigate to your game installation plugins directory. (For me this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\Plugins")

2) Create a new folder. (Since my Steam name is GodBlock I called the folder "GodBlock" (surprisingly enough))

3) In your newly created folder, create a folder called Flags. (Your path should be along these lines "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program\Plugins\GodBlock\Flags")

4) Save your 256 x 160 .png flag in this folder.

5) Launch KSP.

Like the Brotherhood flag very nice and the Bricky flag is nothing short of epic.

When i get time i will have a look at making some form of Roman flag as i am the sort of person who is generally called Marcus Maximus Decimus Aurilius Chopicus Duck bur?

Well ensure they are not corrosive or else KSP will become a weird virus and destroy your entire computer from within.

Jumped in KSP to quickly try out the flags and they work like a dream. Just follow the instructions at post 1 and shove all your flags in that folder and you can choose them when making your craft.

Yes i will have to get back on for a game i haven't even tryed the new add on's.

It is an epic game i really enjoyed it i think there is much more to be done on it
